Setting Up a Bank of America User

Give us viewing only access to your bank account

Notes: You must have a business account and be enrolled in account management. To enroll in account management or for more information check here

To add a User:

  1. Select the Business Services tab
  2. Select Account Permissions 
  3. Select Add new user
  4. Enter the new user’s details then select OK
  5. On the left-hand side select Account & Services (or, select the Continue to Accounts & Services button)
  6. Select viewing only for the services the user will have access to.
