Setting Up a Chase User

Give us viewing only access to your bank account

Notes: Make sure 3rd party software connection is enabled when you create a user.

Chase will send us an email to set up a password. All you need to do is enter the email & username and assign the access             

  1. Sign in to your account and choose “Account Management
  2. Select “Access & Security Manager” from the drop-down menu
  3. You will see the option to add an authorized user by selecting “Add New User
  4. You will need to complete the different fields on the page
  5. Choose the accounts a new user can access. Assign their level of access by choosing “Assign access
